Equinox Cacao, Chakradance and Soundbath

Spring Equinox Ostara is a time of awakening, the potent energy of life is rising and the tide of awakening is growing stronger, but much of what will emerge on this tide is yet to be seen and what is seen is tender and soft. There’s a incredible paradox in the potency of life, the sheer enormity, exuberance of the energy of spring and the incredible delicacy, softness, vulnerability of new born forms. This tendrness í alive within us too as we tentatively open to the emerging year. This evening is a space to explore that paradox within ourselves - to turn towards the energy that is rising and emerging in us - the forms that are beginning to unfurl - to feel the power and beauty in that riding and open to it - whilst being present to the tenderness, the nervousness, the vulnerability inherent in those new beginnings. We will journey with cacao - heart healer and bringer of courage and support, helping us to open to the possibility we are held in this journey We will move into music and movement -connecting to the heart and spiralling out - to explore the sense of unfurling and connect to what is asking to be born through us at this time and how the levels of our being can support that. We will finish with a coundbath to integrate and align with what has emerged and its emerging.
