What is Inamojo?

Inamojo offers integrative wellbeing programs for children of primary school ages.

The first program, Naga's Curse, comprises a series of 9 weekly classes for children aged between 5 and 8.

Our programs nurture creativity and imagination through play whilst addressing all levels of healthy growth and development: physical, cognitive, social and emotional.

Weaving original music and stories with mindful practices such as meditation, breath awareness, expressive movement and mandala art-making, Inamojo wellbeing programs support children through journeys of self-enquiry, self-discovery and self-expression.

Our courses are guided by contemporary best practice in Early Childhood Development and structured around the ancient integrative ‘map’ of the chakra system.  Each class focuses on a different key developmental theme: trusting instincts; emotional expression; self-esteem; compassion; self-expression and communication; intuition and imagination; and self-awareness. Inamojo also draws on the theories of the late Carl Jung as we incorporate his theories on active imagination, conscious and subconscious integration, and archetypes.

"Imagination is more important than knowledge"

"Play energizes us. It eases our burdens. It renews our natural sense of optimism and opens us up to new possibilities"

"We have been very impressed by the opportunity inamojo has provided to our students. The wonderful blend of story, dance and art has enabled them to explore and express their feelings as they respond to 'the journey of Naga'. We see this program as an integral part of our Early Years experience for our students".
